Such an entertaining children's book. I read it to my great niece and she was absolutely enthralled! She worried for the snake and then was happy for the snake. Great story plot.
This witty children's story about a lovable (yes, lovable!) snake will charm young readers. Told from the snake's point of view, the story will give young and old a new perspective. Pure fun. . .I highly recommend this book.
"The Snake that Loved TV" reminds me of all those times in which I saw a snake and it scared me so much. This fun read put me in the "snake's skin" and let me experience a little life from Jake's perspective. A wonderful book that makes this snake my friend. Your children will love it and you will too!
I think this is a lively story. I don't love snakes generally, but after reading it, you just can't help but feel some affection for this one. I love it that he watches Wheel of Fortune, as do I. Very funny. I bought a copy for my son's fiancé's nine-year-old. I think he's going to enjoy it.
This is one of my favorite books! It was an adventure through the eyes of an enchanting, little snake. It is a wonderful child's book but has important messages for all ages. Read it and smile!!!!
My grandsons loved this book. After reading it myself I started reading it to them during "quiet time" when they were with me. I love the way the author follows the snake through his adventures.
